Are there any contracts? There are no contracts and no joining fees. You may order a weekly delivery up to 4 weeks in advance. There is special pricing for monthly commitment of 15 meals or more per week
What is the minimum order? 3 Meals per week
What about Public Holidays? There are no deliveries on Public Holidays. Most deliveries will be made on your next working day. During Christmas and New Year each year we will close around the 20th or 21st of December depending on the date of the 3rd Friday of the month and re-open on the 4th or 6th of January depending on the date of the first Monday of the month unless it's a public holiday.
Can I pick up the food and not have it delivered? Currently we only offer delivery, however we are working hard to secure a pick-up location for our customers.
What is the window for ordering? Monday to Friday orders must be placed by 1pm for next day delivery for Meal Plans and Special Orders Orders must be placed by 1:00 pm on Saturday to ensure you get your delivery on Monday. Orders received after 1:00 pm on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday. No Sunday deliveries.
What about Daily Menu Delivery Rules? Our daily menu is a recent addition due to customer request all orders must be in by 11:30 pm for same day delivery and can only be from the daily menu. We will be doing deliveries from Bodden Town to East End on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's
Is there a delivery fee? No fees for George Town and the West Bay Road. There will be a delivery charge of CI$10.00
How long does the food last once delivered? We recommend consuming your meal within 3 days. If you do not plan on consuming meals within recommended time, please let us know when placing order, we will vacuum/suction seal meals and they are good in the freezer up to 45 days.
What ingredients are used? Locally sourced as much as possible, real ingredients is what we mainly use in all our meals. We don’t use any preservatives, additives or genetically modified foods. Fresh herbs, onion, garlic, and spices are used to create unique flavor bases. All meals are cooked from scratch in our kitchens. All sauces are freshly made in house.
Do you have gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, or vegan options? Yes! We fully understand that you may need to follow a special diet and that’s why you’ve got options!

Can I freeze all my meals? Not all foods are freezer-friendly. Some foods like lettuce and other high-water content fruits and vegetables become soggy after freezing; pastas may become mushy.
Do you have free samples of your meal prep products available? We are not able to provide free samples. We recommend trying out our 3 or 5 meals plan to start. This will help you to evaluate our food.
How often do you update your menu? We typically do a complete rotation of menu every month and frequently make updates based on customer feedback during the month.
Is the food fresh or frozen? Our food is always delivered fresh, never frozen, and cooked to order. What are my payment options? Payment can be made by paypal or bank to bank transfer to our FCIB CI Checking Account 1047121500 or US$ Checking Account 10471234.
How do I pay if I order multiple weeks? Can I pay my bill on delivery day? If you are ordering multiple week plans or meals, you can place your order online and pay by paypal or email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and an invoice will be emailed to you and you can by via bank to bank to our FCIB CI Checking Account 10471500 or US$ Checking Account 10471234. No orders can be paid for on delivery day. All orders must be paid in full before first delivery.
Do you have a recycling program? Yes, every day your meals are delivered in a lunch cooler vs plastic bags each meal is served in containers that are BPA Fee, Microwavable, Freezer Safe and Recyclable vs foam and aluminum. On each delivery we will collect your previous delivery lunch cooler and food containers. This process includes glass bottles. Please be a part of the movement to decrease our waste.
